How to judge whether the performance of JF helical gear reducer meets the requirements?

To judge whether the performance of JF helical gear reducer meets the requirements, the following aspects can be evaluated:

1. Output torque
Test method: Use a torque measuring instrument (such as a torque sensor) to measure the actual torque of the reducer output shaft to ensure that it is within the rated range.
Judgment standard: The actual output torque should match the rated torque in the technical parameters to ensure the ability to drive the load.

2. Efficiency
Test method: The efficiency of the reducer is calculated by the ratio of input power to output power. The input power can be obtained by measuring the current and voltage of the motor, and the output power is obtained by measuring the output torque and speed.
Judgment standard: The efficiency of JF helical gear reducer should generally be above 95%. Lower efficiency may mean energy loss or failure.

3. Temperature rise
